Agency questions
Their reports and emails carry your name, logo and color, sent from our address with your reply-to. They never log in unless you invite them, and the app itself is GBP Tools.
You, or your client on a page with your brand. You set it per client: give a client an approvals address and their posts and review replies go to them, and they approve on a page with your brand. You get a separate copy that links into the app. With no address, approvals come to you.
No. You pay per location across all clients, so every location you add makes the rest cheaper. 22 clients with 60 locations is $1,829 a month.
Connect one Google login and every profile it manages shows in one table. Assign each profile to an existing client, a new client named after the business, or one new client for several, and import up to 200 locations a day. You see the bill before you confirm. A good way to start is 5 clients: $189 a month for 5 locations.
We refuse it, so two accounts never post to one listing.
You type its name to confirm. We disconnect Google, delete its history and your bill drops. Your other clients are untouched, and you always keep at least one client.
