What it does
The free check shows where you rank on Google Maps in your city, your rating and review count against the top 3, how many recent reviews have no reply, and the top fixes. It needs a business name and a city, nothing else.
After you connect Google, you get a score out of 100. We check verification, categories, description, hours, phone, website, photos, attributes, review replies and how recently you posted.
Each issue shows how many points it's worth, and the score moves as you fix things.
On the plan, the fixes are written for you: a new description, extra categories, the services to list and the photos to add. You approve each one before it goes to Google.
For a few fields, your main category, hours, phone and website, we give you the exact text and where to paste it on Google, so you make that change yourself.
What it doesn't do
Guess. A fact we can't confirm from your website or your listing is either asked about or left out, never made up.

The check: your Maps rank, your reviews against the top 3 and the top fixes, with no account and no card. Keeping the listing right is the plan: the written fixes, 4 posts a month and reply drafts. Self-serve accounts are opening soon.
